I made this in honor of one of my new favorite shows: Young Justice. Wally has always been my 2nd favorite American Superhero, bested only by Dick/Robin/Nightwing, but I'm more used to Wally as Flash, so this show has allowed me to see him as a teenager, and he really isn't any different, just shorter
