Back when I was working on my Homura masterpiece, I was juggling around a few other ideas to draw her and her friends in; my point being that I was full of them, with this new piece being the second desired.

Basically I wanted to make something that brought out Homura's more timid personality, back when she wasn't forcing herself to toughen up for the sake of Madoka's life. Additionally I was looking at crepe pictures and got hungry for them, so then this 'what if' came into being.

I got most of what I envisioned in this, so I'm very satisfied with the results. My major regret is the way I still paint trees, and I hope these stiff trees don't distract from the atmosphere going on in the middle of it all.
