The Ice Sculpture is a character called Vanity, also known as Princess Forever.
She is trapped in a magic kigdom rule by a god-like creature called "Queen". She likes Vanity very much as her princess. But from time to time, Queen punishes Vanity for... well basically for anything Queen doesn't like.

If I remember correctly, she is/was a princess that happen to have the misfortune of getting her entire outfit permanently glued to her body. Lots of random and messed up adventures followed the initial series, all of which should still be visible at Sticky-Site .
