Some suggestions for a COPIC-like look for your drawings!!
I wasn't satysfied with some Copic tutorials for SAI I found and I randomly modified one of them.
I suddenly found exactly what I was looking for!!!!!! XD
Hope it will be useful for you too!!
This type of brush doesn't blend very much, but if you use the Blur tool where needed, it will be perfect!!!!
Now I think I'll go and try it!!
P.s. look what your pencil tool's name is!!

I wasn't sure if this would work, but it actually did. Its a pretty neat thing what you have figured out.
on the newer sai if you use canvas for large grain it works the same and at times better. just throwing that out.

How do you get the large grain texture? I can't find that option in my SAI
