Description
This is the first in a long term project I'm working on, where I will be anthropomorphizing several Starcraft 2 units.The style I'm using here is something that I want to not only get better at, but faster too. Hopefully when I'm done, I should be able to do this pretty quickly.
Boy, did I start with a bitch of a critter to draw.

So I noticed that this piece has a lot of similarities with the character Prier from La Pucelle. The hair style in this image, the mole, giant breasts, etc. I was wondering if this piece drew any inspiration from Prier? The similarities are remarkable.

Observation.
I just look at art pieces that I like and try to copy them, or parts of them.
In this case, I took the work from a guy called Mr Jack, that did several Zerg concept pieces.
Not sure if he works for Blizzard or not, but his work is top notch.
It at least got me somewhat decent at drawing alien biology as a result.
Then it just comes down to practice.
