When I first saw this a couple of days ago, a song came to mind. It told a tale of utopian portal travel with a comical twist on it, telling how a traveller brings some mystique into the daily routine, setting out with his "comm-orb and lampshade hat" and visiting the locations and characters of some of the recent space art DDs. All of them but a short walk away thanks to the portal "just outside [his] tropical home".
But, having had a while to think before talking, I realised the lyrics were kind of silly. So I will just say, well done.
