When i try your way, it's usually way too much glitching, so that only a little bit of the origninal pic is seen and the rest is obliterated, or too little

Excellent!
May I ask one thing
I change my file name to .txt and go nuts
then I change it back to what it was
but it wont let me open it on Gimp or Paint, neither on PhotoShop or SAI
I've tried this on few other pics but the same happens everytime I try to mess up the code.

Hm. I've tried it right now and it isn't letting me either. Though, I didn't do it that way when making the animation. I just copied the text from the modified .txt and pasted it over some frames in photoshop

Hmm, weird.
Might it be because of some Window's update or something?
Ah, I see~ Thanks for replying to me ^ u ^

I tried renaming it to make it a .txt format, but the problem comes in where; I can't change it to .txt by renaming, because my computer only has it as the actual name.. So it doesn't let me change it to .txt
Would opening it in Notepad do anything/work? //Goes to try it

Yeah.. Actually I tried a few different things and nothing seems to be working. Unless I can find a GIMP/PSE7/Flash CS5 tutorial on doing them, I guess it's not gonna work x-x

Hmm... I changed the settings to view the file extensions, but now whenever I do that, it just corrupts the file x-x

So, I've tried this technique for glitching a picture, but more often than not, I just end up corrupting the file and making it unreadable. Is there a special way I'm supposed to be scrambling the stuff, or am I just that good at wrecking stuff?

Hm. Does it work sometimes at least?

DA-Trickster In reply to yiKOmega [2012-11-30 02:04:53 +0000 UTC]
Well, I got it to sort of sparkle scramble the colors by putting a single space at the end of one of the paragraphs, but out of the 4 times I've tried it, that's the only time it's worked.

hm. That's odd. I guess you are a good data wrecker somehow, heh..

undead-feline [2012-11-24 01:37:38 +0000 UTC]
how do you change the pictures format to a .txt?

yiKOmega In reply to undead-feline [2012-11-24 02:03:10 +0000 UTC]
Right click the image's icon and click rename or just click once on its name while the icon it highlighted. Assuming it's a .jpg, Delete "jpg" from the name and replace it with "txt" Let me know if you need any more help.
