hahaha it depends! sometimes I put the scenery first (in this case, for example) but so many times I did the opposite way. Firts the models, and later the environment. Depends what I want to highligh on the pic. If I want to give importance to the characters, I put them first. But If I want to make an athmosphere, an story, is very important to put the environment and develop the scene with the characters before
