Description I love painting, I'm far away from being perfect, but it makes so much fun
The left Picture shows a (badly taken) photo from an oil on canvas work, it was my very first painting, I made in a workshop for Bob Ross technique ^^

It's not my best work, but the only one I have left, because I gave away my better works and later, I had no money to affort anymore supplies and lost the interest for a long time, but here I am again XD

The third picture just shows a quick idea

Thank you so much for looking and have a great day/ Night

I love both versions. I used to paint with acrylics a lot - mostly landscape and some black and white portraits, but yeah, there's definitely a different feel and look to it, regardless of the years and experience in between. I love the softness of the traditional painting - love the bark on the trees on the left. And in the digital I love how you're brought out the feel of oil paints, but with more sharpness and clarity than the oil could normally offer. I love how bright it is. And the grass is simply amazing. Personally I love both equally. Sorry that feedback kind of sucks...

Oh and the third days looks so mystical and beautiful! Will you upload a larger version of it?

Okay, I know it is ridiculously late, but you know, I couldn't handle this awesome comment of yours, since I felt so honoured to get it from you and I wanted to answer properly (without freaking out xD)

Your feedback didn't suck at all, i totally got your point, both techniques have its pro and contra.
I guess with digital painting textures are pretty important to not get just a homogeneous canvas with different colours, still I'm trying to figure it out.

Sadly my old PC went to heaven xD I don't have it anymore. But thank you so much and I'm really happy you liked it so much!

Krass.... Bin beeindruckt. Von allen drei Bildern!! Wow wow wow. Voll cool, diese zeichnerische Facette von dir kennenzulernen! Du hast es so drauf! *^* (Und ich so: "Ich bin Würmer!" *wie bei Herkules.) Ich find das 2004er Ölbild sogar besser, als das neue. Sry. Is wohl geschmacklich bedingt. Weil technisch sieht man ja schon nen klaren Unterschied. Ich will mich ins fluffige Gras legen ey. Und in diese Zuckerwolken schauen. Und den Seegeräuschen zuhören. *^*
