Beautiful focus and rich color. You really nailed the depth of field. You don't get distracted by any foreground or background details. Speaking of the later, I think the inclusion of the pine cone made a huge difference. Without it, the composition would have been just another flower shot. It does a great job of adding interest by providing repetitive shapes that contrast greatly with the flower.
