Ohai! thanks for the fave. Yes, you're spot on, the mammal is a goat but the hoof is from a horse. I worked all from actual bone specimens, except the salamander and fish which were referenced from photos.

I see. And how many hours did you spend on this picture? I imagine it takes a long time applying layer after layer and wait for the ink to dry in between.

Ages! I can't remember exactly but I suppose around 12-15 hs if not more. It was a Uni task so... I chose the least time consuming method... stippling would have taken forever.
