i had a break after the freelance job fell through. *sigh* any way, this was a nice quick exercise. that took only a few hours. it was nice to just do whatever. :/ blah... my computer is being a butt still.... *dies*Related content

First, congratulations on your second place in =PearlEden 's and ~kankakanka 's contest! But yours was the only thumbnail I clicked in that journal. Actually, I don't even watch PearlEden... I just happened to be looking at one recent deviation when I came across your entry.
And dang. Conceptually, it's excellent, but your execution is well done too. The whole piece feels so solid and rough, just like rock. This is one of the few creatures I've encountered that had nature parts integrated into it believably. As in, I rarely see trees growing out of something and find it plausible. But you've made the stone cat convincing. Based on his posture, he doesn't seem to have lost much of his cat agility, despite carrying rocks on his back. But he looks powerful as well as agile. Just as a kitty should.

hey im trying to get a game started, i love your kitty, would you like for it to be an additions to Sealed's earth creatures? It alright to say no, i understand if you say that, and i wont steal your kitty. I was thinking maybe making sealed a card game or at leat use that format, but i think ill stick with just my original idea of making it a video game only, a single player rpg that you can connect to the internet to explore the extended mmropg world. You would still have all rights, you will get credit for your kitty. Basically any creature you see will be like a pokedex entry, a picture, a description, habitats, and the creator, or artist f the work places in the bestiary. As i said Sealed is a work in progress, i will be taking animation classes next fall so i can start really working on it then. [link] is where im posting all the artwork, for now i would say ignore most of the journals just cause work in progess, i still need to finalize everythign, and see what programming boundaries i have. I also dont know exactly what i want , all that i know is that i have these as far as creatures- earth, fire, wind, water, lightning, ice, dark , and light attributeries. I am doing the starters and legends, and any others i come up with. I would love to make this something for everyone, to fight and control the creatures that they create. Please, i would love your kitty as an adittion to Sealed, as i said you keep rights as the creator, it wont be hidden information, it will be there on the crieature's page, plus there will be a link to your original picture here. I'm not out to steal you kitty, its awesome and i would hate not to have it, but still its your creation and your say so. But i love it, me fave it, and now i'm wanting to go look at the rest of your gallery. and congrats on 2nd place
