this are the borders of the peninsula, i hope, but not of the countries... you can see that Romania and Turkey are represented only with small parts of their land

a big part of croatia (slavonia) and abig part of serbia (vojvodina) are missing.

Sava river is north border of Balkan peninsula. This means that most of Slovenia is Balkan, and my hometown, Dakovo, is not!

It would make it easier to understand if it had a key to identify all the countries.
Let me guess though:
Croatia is the light green one.
Bosnia and Herzgovenia is the yellow one.
The orange is Serbia before Montenegro became it's own country.
The purplish-maroon one next to Serbia is Bulgaria.
Albania is the salmon colored one right below Serbia.
I'm going to guess that Macedonia is the one next to Albania.
The country on the bottom is Greece.
There are only too countries that I can't identify.
