Congrats on getting into the WoW picture gallery! I loved this piece, it reminded me of the couple art I got. I almost second guessed if it was a piece I commissioned! lol

Half-working tablet? I had an issue where mine kept drawing even though I was just hovering the stylus over the tablet. Called tech support, and this is what they told me to do:
Pull the pet tip out with your teeth. Then blow into the empty pen head to get the dust/debris out. Reinsert the tip. Turn it upside down and genty tap the eraser part on your desk 3-4 times.
... assuming that's the problem you have, of course. I thought I would have to buy a new tablet and really wasn't looking forward to spending that couple hundred dollars. But that fixed it right up, and I have not had any issue with it for months now!
Try it.
