Download the normal diva miku
now download chibi miku, the pass is ミクさんちび化
now copy the textures from miku normal diva in the chibi folder, because PD chibi comes without textures )no need to use pmd editor)

copy the textures and put it in miku's folder

It's because the textures are in one folder and the model in a another folder: put together :3
