Description of blessings and Annie:
Nelumbo nucifera, also known as the sacred lotus, water lily, or simply "lotus",
is one of two extant species of aquatic plant in the family Nelumbonaceae.
It is often colloquially called a water lily.
The roots of lotus are planted in the soil of the pond or river bottom,
while the leaves float on top of the water surface or are held well above it.
Asian cultures have always considered the lotus flower to be a sacred plant,
which is able to unfold perfectly clean leaves out of muddy and dirty water.
All parts of Nelumbo nucifera have been used for various medicinal purposes,
in various systems of medicine, mostly in Asia.
Optional Personality:
The large leaf this Annie carries around acts as an umbrella,
to protect her from the occasional waterdrops
that will fall as she's tending to her crops!
Lotus leaves exhibit the lotus effect (where they are self-cleaning and waterproof),
and like the lotus leaf, this Annie is resilient to negativity and remains true to herself!
She's very caring and mother like, but careful to not get on her bad side!
She won't be afraid to give you a piece of her mind.
Her green palette is a nod to the green stripe present on the pride flag,
(which represents nature), and she does her best to display her plant blessing,
in a natural and nature inspired way ♡

Starli is absolutely one of my favorite designers ever, but seeing her collab with an extremely talented friend? I can't, I'm shaking. This Annie was already impressive in her early stages we saw on stream, but the pink touches that now are out in the full are such a nice and adorable touch! The pose is dynamic but it's a very good reference of this Annie. Her design itself too is actually quite simple if you break it down; adorable rain boots, a pretty cardigan, and a nice dress underneath. And yet Starli and Queen added all these amazing details to take the basic composition to an entirely new level. Yes,, I'm sure: You both are extremely talented and you did amazing on this beauty.

She has gotten so much attention and certainly deserves it! I adore more Japanese themed designs and she does not disappoint- the hair is drawn so well and coloured just as well. For some reason I love the frog sorta vibe she gives? Like I can imagine her being good friends with a frog Annie.
