From the start when Genos gets ripped apart in just about every fight he's in.

I only know when his hometown was blasted by a cyborg, theory says it was blast (rank 1 class S).

There is some finger pointing back and forth about who destroyed Genos' town. For all we know the cyberdoctor who gave Genos his cyber body also created Blast's body. If that is the case then it remains if cyberdoc's first creation(Blast) went Frankenstein Monster or if the cyberdoctor purposely unleashed Blast into the world.
