There is no really "wrong side". It's inconsistent with in which hand she holds bow, but also artist drawn her drawing arrow from the back, therefore either hip placement is not fitting presented pose. Clothes also don't fit everyday use, so I'd just assume she's some noble clueless lady posing for painting.

First, her outfit is really something. Good choice of colors, nice mix of deep green and blue in her cape. Is the cape pending from her right (our left) shoulder?
And those straps look stylish, not just a bunch of belts and pouches around her body just to look cool.
Second, those flowers on her hair add a nice touch, really... why spend money on shampoo when you can just have the aroma straight from the lavender?
Third, she gotta be one of the fittest female elves I've ever seen. Refreshing to see an elf girl who is not a supermodel with big boobs tacked on. She is busty, but in a reasonable way, and does look like a warrior. Why, there is even a vein on her left arm, if one pays attention. She must pack quite a punch!
(This actually makes sense: archers of yore had to have great strength in the upper body, since they would fire many arrows in battle, and the bow is hard to use... not only because of the training required for it, even though it was most definitely NOT a piece of cake.)

If I can add something that occurred to me after taking a good look at her face... her right (our left) eye seems a little misplaced. Maybe a bit more to the right, toward the nose, and I believe you would totally nail it.

Big fan of your work. Been enjoying the use of the images on d20pfsrd following their removal of the Paizo Iconics (as they are not open-game content). Overall I actually enjoy these images more than Paizo's official iconics. I feel they tend to capture the general nature of the class better than the Iconics did (except maybe Kess the Bull and Hakon, the Brawler and Skald iconics.)
