This is an experiment with making effect of long shutter. Almost without Photoshop (only color correction and snow at the foreground. You can also look at this my work without Photoshop here ).
Aaaand it's not my best picture, i know. Feels like I lost my skills after practice in Blender.

Моко, прости. Я хочу выполнить работу для тебя в блендере, и у меня так себе дела с Сакуей - не могу найти нормальную, с новым лицом и в купальнике. Зато нашла головоломку "собери Сакую из частей" xD
