but I'm willing to negotiate prices because it's pretty bland and doesn't really fit Naruto I feel.This was originally a custom adopt that I never got paid for. I changed the outfit and the colors.

- You can use as Naruto or another fandom/OC
- You can change the outfit and skin tones but please keep hair and eyes the same
- You can change the gender
- You can resell, but for the same price unless there are things like commissions containing the character.
