THIS this is what Im talking about 
Only things that would make it better would be to blur the foreground and background a bit you know give it a sense of depth.
Also make the lighting around her a bit more pronounced 
Make the background and edges darker and make those c4ds around her the primary sources of light. You've gotten a lot better.
