Here's another....can you tell I'm having fun. I'm ready for snow!This painting was created using sepia ink and gesso on mat board. The original measures 5x6 1/2.

it's great that you paint so much all the time. even if they are smaller paintings like this. I used to paint but I do it once every few years because I get impatient and want it done right away. I always enjoy looking at your fantasy based/yet God driven art.

Painting is a great way to escape this world for a little bit. Being in Christ makes it all the sweeter, because in Him I find peace, hope, and love. I am so thankful that He has saved me from my old ways and I am full of joy to see what He is doing in my life. My art is part of who I am and to be able to express who I am in Christ through the gift that He gave me makes my heart smile.
Pick up a brush and let it flow. Don't be hard on yourself, just breath Him in with each stroke.....ah, peace.

that's so wonderful. for me painting is not my thing (i used to want to be an artist. . i also love conte crayon, crayons, and oil pastels). photography is my way to show God's beauty and capture nature especially so that I can help show that He truly DOES exist in a world where people have a lack of faith and hope. plus I dont get frustrated with my photography like I do with the other forms of art.

I can truly see that in your pictures. My He continue to shine through you so that others can see. After all that is why we are still here right. "This little light of mine" is so much BIGGER and brighter then anything we've ever seen. To walk by faith is only possible with His Grace....how He sheds His Grace upon us. Let that Light shine bright!
