soooo this is Mei.. sitting on her rooftop, watching the weather for a few nights to look if the storm was tuly over. While most people would probably be somewhere inside with such a cold wheather, she would go the traditional way and just be up here. It must also be a nice few on the village.

and yepp it's clled white fluff because that snow looks like fluff instead of snowflakes q-q
