I had a bit of free time today so I did this quick sketch of the characters (what i think they look like anyway) from the book MAXIMUM RIDE by James Patterson. I have the first and the second one and I'm hooked with it like my sister on her HP books..heheThis is just a quickie sketch and i haven't added their wings yet... anyway, their names are (L-R) : IGGY, GASMAN, FANG, MAX, ANGEL, and NUDGE.
did this in pencil then added a bit color on Paint and Roxio......
you guys should try it, the book is pretty awesome in my opinion!!

Iggy looks alot like Ari,to me though. I took one look at Gazzy and thought Zack/Cody. Fang...well,I can't decide. Max looks a little grown up. I have no problems with Angel!(Do I see Total,or not?) Nudge,(to me),looks nothing like Nudge. Not to hate or anything! It's a really good depiction from the novel. But the graphic novel depicts them a little more of how they "look". The one who looks the most like their graphic novel counterpart is Fang. Like I said,great work on taking how they are depicted in the novel and turning them into your own work of art! Good job,and again,not trying to hate! (Woah...this just turned into a critique!)

I am very impressed by this. I think this is the best Maximum Ride fanart of all because other people drew the characters based on how they look like on the graphic novel. But YOU... You drew them based on YOUR IMAGINATION! Well done

uh... have u seen the g-novel version of them? And nudge is black w/ chemicly straightened hair.
u got max, gazzy, and angel just right, tho.

this is really awesome!!!! max and angel are really good!! oh and not trying to hate or be racist or anything but nudge is supposed to be like dark.. skinned........ (sorry if that came out wrong) but next time you should make her skin darker

I just found Gazzy and Angel in my sketch book, forgot I drew them, feels like forever... if I can find the time maybe I'll try to finish it before Fall....

I know! I read an excerpt from Angel and thought, "FTW Nudge is African-American??" It struck me as odd, because I am her age and know very few girls who are African-American. Huh. Well, I live in Texas, mind you. Hmmmph.
