YAY Canada!
Well, I wanted to draw a picture for the olympics a while ago.... but I was so busy I have only been able to do little bits every day xP.... but I finally finished! >:3 (in time for the last day.... fail D| ) But anyway : D This is Matthew (Canada) holding the olympic torch with his foot on Alfred's (America's) head : D..... They are from Axis Powers: Hetalia :3 .... if you have not seen it, go watch it now >:3 it is awesome.... but anyway.... In the show Canada is invisible D: aww... but because the olympics are in Canada, he can no longer be invisable! And because America always seems to be in the spotlight.... and over shadowing Canada.... I drew this xD..... >:3 Hope you like it : DAxis Powers: Hetalia is not owned by me TT^TT... waahhh

I have to agree. Canada was definately in the spotlight for the past 2 weeks. I didn't miss any of it. I also wanted to do a drawing for the olympics...but being glued to ctvolympic.ca doesn't do much in the way of drawing something.

Yes! I was so happy when Canada won gold for hockey! ( the first hockey game I have actually watched the full game of. lol xD ) But for a second there I thought that the Americans were going to win and I was going to be so angry for a while xD. I am so proud of Canada right now : D I wore a shirt I bought from Zellers for the olympics at school the day after they finished :]

neat. I have the mittens, which i got at the torch relay back in November.
I've watched the hockey games for the past 4 olympics i think. The women's game was awesome too. They are extremely good.

My dad said that they were thinking of eliminating the womens hockey from the olympics because there isn't even good cometition.... Because the Americans and Canadians keep winning with too many goals.... or something like that... I dunno.... I might have heard him wrong....

that's just a rumor. the truth is that the sport for woman stays. it's like any other sport, eventually the countries will get better. a bit like cross country skiing. it's owned by the Europeans for years now. But now Canada is finally following close behind.

Really? That's good. I was getting so angry at my dad too xD. I hope that other countries get better so that they are more of a challenge for Canada :] that way, they can get better as well~
