Biography: Otto has lived a pretty good life for the past 12 years, and has developed an extremely laid back attitude - almost to a fault. Before coming to the school he had few friends, many finding his seemingly uninterested disposition off-putting. He doesn't drink, after being hit during a bar fight, leaving him with a small scar on his forehead
Family Background: Otto's parents were hard low-payed workers, dedicating their lives to their careers. After becoming rich almost over night due to a lottery ticket, they saw their hard work as having been rewarded, and now live a comfortable life
The reason why he was sent to PA: Opposed to his parents, who value hard work and perseverance, Otto doesn't. His laid-back attitude was at it's peak, he failed his first year of A-levels in the UK. In hopes of making him more self sufficient, his parents decided to transfer him to a private school out of the country, hopefully for him to begin to earn his own money
