If you read my most recent journal then you would have known that i got back into a childhood interest and it was indeed Spyro The Dragon ^^.I am not kidding when i was like 8 years old, I WAS OBSESSED WITH HIM TO THE POINT YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE xD.With the combination of me and my dad (yes he was into it too) we was able to beat the first 3 games 100% and we collected EVERYTHING in those games which took YEARS to do so ^__^.
What's funny is that we bought the first three games in the wrong order so we got a bit confused with some of the events especially when you see hunter and some other characters in one game, but there no where to be seen in the other We bought Spyro 3 Year Of The Dragon first and it was my FAVORITE Spyro game of all time. We then bought Spyro The Dragon which was officially the first game made, and then we Bought Spyro 2 Ripto's rage xD.
I bought the forth and fifth games of the series (Enter The DragonFly and A Hero's Tail) I like the forth since the gameplay seemed fairly close to the original three games, but i didn't like the fifth at all. And i wasn't at all interested in the Legend Of Spyro series (sorry if this offends you ) so i never bought them. And that Skylander's version looks completely NOT SPYRO!!Which still gets me angry,but what's funny is that i have the game and its not that bad (well as long as you have some money in your pocket and ignore Spyro's look you'll be fine xD).
My most favorite look for him is diffidently the classic look, the look i grew up with and came to love
. So when i ever draw Spyro again I WILL ONLY DRAW HIM IN THIS STYLE ONLY SINCE I LOVE IT!!But yes this is my first ever attempt at drawing Spyro.Well actually my second, my first i drew in like 3rd grade and it was a complete fail (i still have the drawing after all these years
) I tried a different attempt at the lineart and the shading.This pic about 2 hours to color so its a bit time consuming, but not as much as Sonic Adventure Style thank god xD.I hope you like Spyro, and be ready to see more art of him soon ^^.

Its A LOT easier for me to draw something new anymore ESPECIALLY when i keep a prong folder FULL of picture reference's of all sorts of characters from different series. I swear, its the best thing i ever done.
All i do is put 6-9 pictures in Microsoft word and arrange them and adjust the sizes to my liking and print them out. The best thing about this is its NOT MY OWN INK TO BEGIN WITH
Its the ULTIMATE REFERENCE BOOK!! I HAVE HUNDRED'S OF REFERENCE'S IN IT

My favorite Spyro game OF ALL TIME is diffidently year of the dragon.Speaking of which, monday was the start of the chinese new year and this is the YEAR OF THE DRAGON !!!I honestly can't stand the skylander's spyro. I have no idea why the creator's would design him that way in the first place. The only people that knows what he REALLY LOOKS like are people your and my age. This look just completely confuses the younger generation to believe that this is the ONLY SPYRO LOOK and the ONLY SPYRO WHICH IS NOT TRUE AT ALL! But the only younger generation that knows the truth are the ones that have older brothers or sisters that grew up with his original look and told them about him

At first when i heard they were gonna make a new spyro game i got hyped, i thought they were gonna bring the old look. Then my hopes got brought down as soon as i seen the "new" spyro.
The younger generation is definatly gonna miss out on the original great Spyro the Dragon. I feel mad just thinkin about it.

Im gonna start getting a wide range of stuff so i can learn to draw many different styles lol.

I just tell people if you want to play a REAL Spyro game, just play the first three and you'll look at all the other games IN SHAME

Skylander's is a pretty decent game, the only problem is that it can get expensive buying the little character's. But as long as you get one of each element, you don't have to buy the others unless you want to completely 100% beat the game which is what I'm trying to do

Well, you need to obtain all the character's in order to complete different activities only THEY can do, but there not extremely important gameplay wise

Oh my god that show IS NEVER ON ANYMORE! That was one of a very FEW shows on Cartoon Network that i actually LIKED xD. I honestly can't remember that episode. Once in a great while, they'll show the first movie but its very rare.I really miss that show.

yes diffidently.But to be honest, if you played that game NONSTOP you probably can beat the game in about two weeks or so. That's what me and my brother was doing at first, but we were figuring we was getting close to the end of the game so we stopped playing it for awhile. I can't stand games that i can beat in a couple days xD.games like that are really not worth buying. There has been some games that i was able to beat IN A DAY!!

For some reason our school got some sort of grant which we could ONLY USE FOR ANTI BULLYING STUFF! And for some reason every Monday from Kindergarden to 12th grade (get this) student's are assigned to go to a classroom and a teacher is supposed to talk about the different kinds of bullying and how to prevent it and so on and so forth. Even our own teacher's says its the most dumbest thing they ever done but they have to do it T_T.I enjoy making fun of the class.Our school does the most dumbest stuff its insane.

So sorry for lateness i've been real busy.
But games like that aren't as fun sometimes, the only game i can think of that i beat real quickly and still like playing it is Sonic Generations. Besides that after i beat a game i just stop playing it for a while.
But Code Lyoko was that show! i used to love coming home after school just to watch that!!! But they stopped it and i hate Cartoon Network for not showing any reruns! But i was looking around and they are going to make another season this year!!!!!! Im so hyped for it.
Wow that sounds dumb...who gives a school money for anti-bullying stuff anyway! Honestly i would have just used it for something that we need, not for something nobody wants!

To be honest, i play older games A LOT more than the newer games anyway. Its seems back then they made games last A LOT longer xD . Now i think they put so much time in the graphics that they don't focus at all on the actual gameplay and storyline of games. When i'm bored and have nothing to do i either play Sonic Adventure 2 Battle or Digimon World 2 for the Playstation 1 since both of those games are my life xD.

Good point, but something you don't know is that our school can get pretty dumb sometimes T_T . Thank god I'm graduating this year, and i fell bad for my younger brother since he going to be there for another 4 years xD .

I do get your point with new games nowadays. I can beat newer games like Sonic Generations, or something like that pretty quickly. And it still takes me a long long time to beat games like Sonic 3. lol
But i also play other games to bring back memories i've had in my childhood. ITs a nice way to pass the time.
And yeah, when i told you that the website said new season coming soon. But i went back just now and saw they are taking a whole new approach with it now. Instead of animation in the human world, its gonna be real actors, and the 3d animation in the virtual world is staying the same. So it'll be something that i'll have to see the first episode first, to see if i like it or not.

Lol, well my school is really split up into groups of kids. There's the jocks, the nerds, the artists, the show off's, the guys who talk about past cartoons, the cool kids. I mean we got lots of different people. I preatty much fall in all of the categories somewhat. I can be a smart athlete, while talking about pokemon and DBZ and digimon at the same time. ITs actually pretty cool

Yeah by common sense every school has those similar categories, but it seems we get the negative groups and lot and there's not that many people i talk to because of that.
There's not really an artist group since NO ONE draws outside of a drawing or painting class so i don't consider them artist's at all . And the people that do draw they draw FROM A PICTURE and not use there creativity and imagination to come up with an image of there own T_T,and what i learned from DA is that if you do something like that here you get into TROUBLE.
And one of the Art teachers we have is a big joke and won't let us do ANYTHING unless we have an exact reference of what we want to draw which is annoying and she doesn't like cartoons AT ALL and no matter how awesome your CARTOON drawing can be she will TANK your grade if you draw cartoons and that's not how art works
Most people don't go into any of her classes because everyone in that school knows that she gets real mean and nasty a lot,but its a graduation requirement and that i think you need either 1 or 2 art credits in order to graduate and she teaches just about ALL THE ART CLASSES THERE so you have to have her at some point .
And the student's she does talk to are the very snobby,preppy,rich people that think they are gods and i hate just about everyone of them T_T . And what's funny is that i get some info on the other Art teacher's once in a while and THEY DON'T LIKE HER OR HER WAY OF TEACHING EITHER xD.
Sorry for making this extremely long rant. As you can tell i can't stand her D:. There is a lot more i can say about her, but i don't want to destroy your brain from reading all of this xDDDDDD.
I really wish i could talk about cartoon's to people at school like i do on DA, but nobody talks about them.To them its a KIDS thing and they think there either too grown up for it or they just don't care anymore The only person i really can have a long conversation with is about random things like that, but she graduated last year xD. And I'm the only person there that keeps updated with Sonic Digimon and Pokemon things so i can't talk about anything new or I'll confuse them or they just won't pay attention to me. There's people there that still don't know Pokemon from Digimon and Digimon from Pokemon xD.
