Fun fact-

- While I was brainstorming his name with my friend we came to a name called HAIL HYDRA!

Edit-

So many of my watches and friends might be confused like why I drastically changed his looks and powers, Sorry for not giving this earlier so here it is -

- I don't prefer recolors,

- The point is we already got High Override as an evil variant and if I just make his shock red then he will be simply looking like Albedo transformation. So went deep for a concept like Ice water+Electricity.

- Plus I want to give him new looks and new powers that Ben does not aware of.

- This form could give best toys (I now a days usually draw aliens like It could be made as toys to, similar pattern to MOA, In that way I could make his look new, like if it was just recolors then buyers will be bit skeptical).

- And for his hybrid which most of you want to know is "Water Hazard".

- And I know he does not have these powers but he's not just water hazard he's mutant one, So mutant powers I gave is Ice.
