Gives me a good idea of his looks and expressions when I roleplay him anyway. Seems to go hand-in-hand with his camp/suspected 'swings the other side' personality.

I love how the overall design isn't anything fancy - it suits him so well. I've always been a fan of his mohawk/sunglasses/gauge combination too xD. && the style you drew the ears in is

Other than that, the picture looks great and the character seems interesting. The background seems a bit bright, but it's interesting none-the-less.
