A strange, uneasy tension filled the desolate airplane quickly; nothing was being said- just a strange staring contest between Ben and Lon. Your nervousness was nearly overwhelming, only in competition with your anticipation at getting Aria back.

"Erm..." you started, slowly pushing yourself away from Ben. His arm fell to his side as he kept his eyes on Lon. You turned to look at the eerie woman, nervously cold sweating. You gulped and stood up as straight as you could and stared hard at the woman.

Her appearance was still unsettling; the messy stitching that covered her body, the differently toned patches of skin inside them; even a few pieces of her, like her eyes, were uneven. What was creepiest was the way some parts of her weren't even connected, like her arms, wrists, fingers and her head. Those pieces of her body just kind of....hovered in place, as if some sort of force kept them there.

Yet somehow, Lon seemed beautiful to you (but still a lot creepier than beautiful).

Lon kept smiling lazily at Ben as she straightened her posture. Her uneven and strangely colored eyes slowly began to focus on you. You flinched.

"Erm...Lon..." you started.

"Mm~?"

"Um...Aria...You..." you shook your head, attempting to clear out your thoughts and focus and shake off your uneasy tone. "Earlier, you said that there was a way to get Aria back. Please tell me what it is. Now."

You heard a snicker behind you, but paid it no attention.

"Under the skin~ Against the skull~ They put a little chip so that they know it all~" Lon sung, pointing to her head as if she'd be holding a pistol to it. She stuck her tongue out and winked at you. "A little chip chip chip~"

You tilted your head, confused.

"Chip....?" You repeated.

"Chip Chip Chip!"

"Chip...Chip Chip...?"

"Chip! Chip! Chip!"

"Chip Chip Chip?" You shook your head as you heard a bit of laughter from behind you. "A chip...?"

"Chip! Chip! Chip! Well~ Not really~" Lon twirled. "Well, wellwell, sorta~ Sorta like a chip~ but not really, not really~"

You stared at her with a deadpan expression, slowly beginning to find her more irritating than frightening.

"Under the skin~ Against the skull~ They put a little chip so that they know it all~" Lon twirled behind you, her still-bloody finger grazing your cheek. "I think I might be scared~"

Her finger lightly moved up towards your temple, just barely tickling you, and then moved to the middle of the back of your head. She poked you harshly there, causing you to yelp and jump away from her quickly.

"It's chip chip chip-like~" She stopped and leaned down close to your face. "Sorta like a chip; but not one, really~ really~"

"Get on with it..." Ben finally spoke, sounding much more irritated than you currently were. You turned to look at him real quick; he was just toying with Aria's phone.

"Fine Fine Fine~"

Lon straightened up, her smile and eyes still lazy-like.

"A sorta-not-really chip chip chip~ It reads your soul, kinda~" She smiles a bit wider. "Only monsters like proxies, eewww proxies~ and the mess and the sort can read and reap 'em~ like like like mmm Masky~? Ben can, too, though...Not fair, unfair, not fair at all~!" Lon pouted a bit, crossing her stitched arms.

You nodded slowly, not really understanding.

"It's a little piece of a person's soul~ A small representation, but not really the soul itself~ not the soul at all~" she smiles even wider, her sharp, white teeth showing. "If you can get this piece back, you can get her back~ sorta sorta~"

You were thoroughly confused.
"Sorta sorta?" you repeated.

Lon looked over to Ben, as if telepathically asking him to explain. He looked up at Lon for a second before turning to smirk at you.

"Bye Princess~" He sneered.

You blinked, confused at him. You turned to glance at Lon, who glanced at you, and then both of you turned to find Ben gone; the only thing in his place was your cell phone. You walked over and bent down to pick it up.

The screen was black with bright red lettering across it.

"Eurydice...?" You read it aloud to yourself quietly as Lon yawned and stretched.

"Explaining things to the mundane is boring, yes boring boring~"

You kept looking at the phone, irritated with the crudely sewn woman.

"Your not too good with explaining, actually..." You whispered under your breath, staring at the woman.

"Mmmm?" Her expression darkened.

"Erm, continue...?"

Lon clapped her hands together, smiling wildly.

"Oooooooh~ You humans, yes, you perfect humans~ you write, read~ yes~?" She looked at you expectantly.

"Erm...yes...?"

"Ooooh~ That makes this easier, yes easier~" She smiled at you, before snapping her bloody fingers. "Just 'google it'~!"

"Erm, what?" You stared at her blankly as she turned around, walking away. "Hey...wait!"

You reached towards her. Lon didn't stop. You quickly stood up and darted towards her as she went through the cockpit doors.

"Wait!"

You burst through the cockpit's doors, but no Lon was to be found. You huffed, irritated and confused. You rubbed your fingers over your phone's screen again, reading the bright red text again.

"Eurydice...?"

The cockpit's doors loudly slammed shut behind you, and everything quickly became cloudy and foggy. Your senses slowly became overwhelmed, and you collapsed onto the floor, right over Aria's body.

You coughed weakly at whatever you were inhaling, staring at Aria's lifeless face. Her eyes were still glassy, lifeless, and hollow. You continued to stare at her dead, dead face. Lon's voice echoed in your head.

"Under the skin~
Against the skull~
They put a little chip so that they know it all~"

Despite how weakly you felt, your body quickly flinched and shivered as Aria's dead irises snapped and met yours.
