It felt like millions of frozen tiny needles, suddenly attacking your face. You shot up within seconds of feeling it, freaking out. You gasped as the ice cold water fell from your face.

"What on..." you turned to the side, noticing a very pleased Aria holding a now-empty bucket. "EARTH WAS THAT FOR?"

"You wouldn't wake up~" She sneered at you.

"What all did you try...? I thought I was a light sleeper~!" You pouted.

"Well...I tried pokin' you and sayin' your name," she leaned down, re-enacting her actions to wake you up. "Hey~ [Name]~ It's time to wake up~" she whispered as she prodded your arm and face lightly.

You stared daggers at her.

"And then I tried this~" she shook the bucket excitedly as it rattled. "Worked like a charm~"

You swiped the bucket from her hands, and put it on her head like a hat. "You work it like a charm~" you smirked. She winced as the tiny, cold drops of water left in the bucket made their way down her face and shirt.

"Just get ready!" she stuck her tongue out at you, placing the bucket on your head.

"Hmm...Maybe I should go out like this~" You stood up, modelling your new pajamas and bucket-head style.

"I will never speak to you again and I will refuse to admit even your smallest amount of existence in my life." Aria stated, poker-faced.

"Ouch~" You placed a hand on your chest and dramatically faked your death, flopping onto your bed. You felt a pair of jeans fall onto your face as Aria demanded you get ready again. You blew a raspberry at her, but complied peacefully sort of.

You dressed up in your casual outfit, quickly packed a suitcase, and left with Aria to the airport.

You were reclining peacefully on your seat in the plane as you placed on your headphones, earning a dark glare from Aria (as doing this rudely cut off her complaining about the airplane food). You simply winked and smirked at her, to which you assumed she sighed and went to playing with her laptop. You stared at the window, listening to your favorite songs playing on shuffle.

You slowly closed your eyes, wanting desperately to go off into another sweet, dreamless sleep; without a burst of ice cold water in your face. You yawned, and you felt Aria elbowing you for it. You just chuckled and closed you eyes.

And off into a dreamless sleep you went.

You opened your eyes when the plane shook. Violently. You'd never really been nervous when it came to airplanes- but the violent shaking really did put off your nerves. The window you were facing showed lightening and dark clouds. You quickly took off your headphones and looked to the side; thankfully, Aria was there sleeping on your shoulder peacefully.

"A-Aria..." You poked her cheek, then stopped trying to wake her up. What if it was better that you didn't? She certainly didn't need to be frightened.

You looked around on the plane; it seemed like everyone was asleep. Possibly asleep. You decided it'd be better if Aria was awake.

You moved closer to the window, causing Aria to lean over in your seat some. Then, you turned and shook her back and forth as quick as you could, screaming at her to get up.

"Aria! Aria! Aria! Aria! Aria! Aria!"

"Mm..." Her eyes slowly opened as she put her hand in your face and forcefully pushed you back.

"Mmf!" You squeaked, rubbing your nose.

Aria rubbed her eyes, stretched, and yawned. She scanned the plane, a confused look on her face.

"Mm...This wasn't supposed to be an overnight flight..." Both of you looked at her watch curiously; it read 00:00. Both of you looked at each other, a little frightened. At least the violent shaking of the plane had stopped shortly after waking Aria up. "What's goin' on...?"

"Beats me...I just woke up, and everyone was asleep..." you pointed at the window. "And it looked like this outside..."

Lightening struck in various places, but there was no thunder following it. Aria's brows furrowed.

"May...Maybe we should ask the pilots if everything's alright..." you nodded in response, and the the two of you got out of your seats, walking towards the cockpit of the plane. You knocked on the door carefully, and it creaked open- it wasn't even locked in the first place.

Aria pushed it open slowly, and gasped loudly. You peeked over her shoulder to see what had shocked her.

The pilots were turned so that they were facing the two of you; their eyes and mouths were empty and black- as if they'd been ripped off and suddenly were just dark, dark. They were bleeding out of their eyes and mouths; it was a steady flow of blood that didn't look like it was stopping anytime soon.

"The...The-The...The window..." Aria gulped, pointed at what had been written in a dark, inky-black substance. It was a bunch of scrambled text, and you couldn't quite make it out. It would've written so precise- as if it was just copy and pasted from uniform text on a computer; that is, if it wasn't so smudged against the window. It almost looked as if it was burned into the window.

You and Aria both were trying to make out the words, when you heard a deep voice growl from behind you. The both of you froze; clinging on the each other and not daring to turn around.

The voice began to read out what was on the window for you.

"To invoke the hive-mind representing chaos;
Invoking the feeling of chaos-
Without order."
