I love the shading and rain looks quite nice too. I don't think it is too fast as some say. But if you want to change delay, just open gif file in image ready or photoshop and you can change delay to all frames at once, if you select all the frames.

Ah, porque no entiendo por que algunas animaciones corren mas rapidas que las mias. Hay una parte de esta animacion que no entiendo que ocurre antes de agarrar el paraguas. Tal vez le deberias agregar una pausa ahi
