This is my second Tsubaki entry. I hope you all like it, I have improved alot of features. Leaving a comment can help me improve my effects by allowing me options and comments.Done with Photoshop CS3

Lovely work but the right eye (your right) seems a bit too far around the head, and what looks like an outer glow on the body, hair etc seems to have gone into the clothing via the hair just below the second bit of the belt. Other than this you seem to have some nice texturing and some good colour work, well done!
