This is Pavati the Vaporeon! She doesn't have a last name, or not yet really. She's a character I use on a roleplay blog on tumblr. u vu;; Her clothes are probably going to change in due time.

Information on her outfit
Pavati's dress is a bit weird to me, so because of this I don't mind if people alter her dress in anyway they want. Although, the reason I made it the way it is is because of the scales on her lower back. You can see how that goes in the second, uncolored picture.

I forgot to draw it in, but Pavati has a oval, blue water stone ring on her left middle finger.
