Ah, what a creepy design I'm not sure, but it seems to me that her mane slowly turns into spikes (as it comes to the shoulders). I feel that I'm deeply wrong, but it just makes her even more intimidating (mane problems, huh? spiky hair? xD).
Her colours are good, not exactly too dark and not too bright. I like the markings, how the wings 'come' from the marking, so they are of a different colour. The idea with wings is interesting, 'undeveloped' fingers are something that I rarely see. Are they connected to the membrane or can be moved freely?
Metallic/silver accessouries fit in a way that I can't imagine any other type instead of it. I think gold would be too bright for this version, heh.

it's not easy designing a beautyful and creepy dragon

I know the pain of haveing to draw streight black character 
so I try to choose my colours wisely XD

well half way half, the first two parts are conected the last oen is free
but it's not much moveabe due the undevelopedness XD

The main problem with absolutely black character is that it's not black, but very very dark colour of enviroument, and the shading is... the shading is always a pain
