Description The most dazzling beauty to have ever hit the Silver Screen - Madhubala.

She's been voted most beautiful actress ever by all the great Indian polls, which is totally understandable.

Christmas present for my Indian fellow - because she is your angel. This is a present from a heart who wants to be Indian for another pure Hindustani heart. I'm very glad to have met you dear.

Black and white picture coloured by me.

AWESOME>>>>>>>>!! Oh I am so speechless out of excitement !! What should I do 1st ? Should I praise you for this awesome work or thank you for gifting me or should I just enjoy watching Madhubala..!! I am all confused and I am so so so so happy dear.......... You know its like.. in Hindi we say.. "Sone pe Suhaga".. the equivalent English phrase would be "The icing on the cake"

"Ek to Madhubala ko color kiya.. Waah Kya khub kaam kiya..
Kisne kiya ? Aapne kiya.. Behadd Khubsurat kiya..
Aur Color karke Mujhe gift kiya..... Waah Kya Kamaal Kiya..!!" ha ha

Did you understand this Hindi ?? If not try to translate it.. still if you dont get it.. I am always here to translate..

You are a very beautiful person Siham.. And the more beautiful is your mind.. and the nice thing in you is you are nice friend. I am very glad to find you here.. with God's grace..!! Thanks dear.. A big bunch of thanks to you for the lovely gift from the lovely you !

I try, tell me if I'm wrong huh, it's only what I can understand from all the Hindi I've heard in movies: "Firstly you coloured Madhubala... You coloured her well... Who did it? You did it..." I don't know what Behadd means so can't translate it, I know "Khubsurat" means beautiful and kiya is kind of "to do", lekin Behadd mushkil hai. And I'd translate the rest as: "And this colouring is a gift (for me?)... And wow, you did perfectness".

I think that's it. Tell me if I've wrongly translated. I so hope to learn someday, and I so want to go to India and to see this country. It's not fair, why am I here?

Anyway - I'm glad you liked it, you deserved it, and even more beautiful.

Yes.. your translation is PERFECT as your artwork and gift to me..

"Behadd means Limitless".. Of course.. I understand Hindi is little difficult to learn but not more than English. And as you are Muslim.. it should not be very difficult for you. Do you speak Urdu at home ? I am not sure.. sorry if I asked a wrong thing. But in case if you do than in Hindi many words are similar to Urdu. Like "Behadd" which means limitless as I said.. in pure Hindi.. behadd can be replaced as "Bohot"
same for other words..
"Khubsurat" means beautiful and in pure hindi we say "Sundar or Soondar"..
"Khub" means Good and in pure hindi we say "Achcha"..
"Kamaal" means Wonderful or Too Good and in Hindi Gazab (which also comes in Urdu) or boht achcha..

If you want we can exchange few Hindi conversations whenever we can here.. that will help you practise speaking Hindi.. and of course that will again help you to converse with us when you come in India.. he he..

Thanks SO MUCH...... I deserved it because You are my friend as beautiful as your heart is..

Well, as I just told you, my family's language is Arabic, Urdu is the one for Pakistani Muslims, but Muslims from other countries do not know Urdu at all.

Oh I am glad to know my translation was not bad. So behadd has almost the same meaning "bohot", then now I know what it is.

Yes, I'd love to converse with you in Hindi. It'd help me.

Ok.. I never knew it and I never thought about it that your language could be Arabic. Awesome.!! Yes.. Now I understand it. The reason behind my conclusion for you speaking Urdu might be because I have only met Asian Muslims.. and almost they speak Urdu or Hindi.. So I concluded same for you.. and so only I was confused like if you speak Urdu.. Hindi must be easier for you. But now I know.. why its not.. he he.. Arabic language.. well I havent heard much about it.. same as you never heard about Marathi.. But, once on airport.. I came across an Egyptian passenger who spoke Arabic. He spoke english and hindi both well but in Arabic accent. We as a customer service had to always keep smiling and greeting to every passenger that comes to us. So I was pretty smiling and guiding them (they were two) towards the ticket counter with their baggage.. in that short time one of them had terrific conversation with me.. He was praising all the way about Egypt and was offering me to take up a job there..! And I was shocked with his offer like in just 5 minites how can someone offer you a job that too all the way in Egypt? He sounded very genuine but of course any girl would find it fishy. Then I lied to him that I am suppose to marry in few months.. so my husband would not like it Sir..! n then next thing he said was bit of surprising.. He said.. "Ok then come for honeymoon.. You and your husband will enjoy it.. We will arrange a stay for you. My promise..!".. ha ha ha ha He was on and on.. going on..! I seriously did nt know how to react on this. I just nodded with a blush.. Of course I was blushing.. and thank god then the ticket counter came and I rushed back to my duty.. he he I dont know what struck him about me that led to this conversation with me like he was trying to flirt around or was serious.. whatever.. But thats the only experience I have with your Arabic language.. he he Well, I have met lot many.. n all sorts of people on airport. This man was very genuine and descent.

Hahahaha. So funny. I'd have found it fishy too. you never know.

My parents originate from Morocco, so my family is Moroccan. And I think my roots play a great part in why I love Bollywood so much, because there are so many values we have in common. So many things, and yet it's so different...
