Poor thing, she mourned many people in her life ... She just lived to loose everything .. I think that this is cruel the fact that you have children of yours who dies before you... That's not normal ...
In her case, that's worse, because she didn't just only loose four sons but also five wonderful grandchildren...

Yes..her life was so sad...if fact..the three sisters had sad lifes...Thyra and her illegimate child....hre suicide of her love...then Alix and her sickness, berti cheating her around..the death of two of her sons...and Minnie...so sad

I have never been really interested in her sister's lives .. Maybe I should start looking for informations about them ! Who's Berti ? Her mother in law ? or her husband ?

Bertie is Alix of Wales Husband..he had tons of mistresses, one of them...Camilla parker Bowles ´s Great grandma :S

Well..for what i read, Alix liked and loved Bertie very much and vice versa, but after the birth of their fourth child, she got sick and well..Bertie was a very passionate lover and for this he had several mistresses.
