The fun thing about doing realistic fanart portraits of cartoon chars is determining and capturing what features are important so that most people will believe it looks like the char. This cartoon char was designed after a real life person that silvanoir knew but I never saw, so there is no way this looks much like what she sees in her mind's eye. It IS, however, how I see him.
I've been wanting to try a black and white digital piece for some time and a goth boy seemed just the thing. It was relaxing to keep it simple: black, white, eraser, opacity, brush size.

I did notice, and you did great with them. I too me a while just to remember the order of them myself (circle, square, spikes, and a skinny plain one diagonally)
His ears aren't meant to be torn. just bit into with pointed teeth. He filled all the holes with earrings. He could have let them heal, but the decorations are is weird way of trying to get control back of his body.
