Her left eye isn't gone or so. I mean she has a thin scar over it, but she can still look and all. Though she's heteroromatic. One eye is red the other green. The eyepatch is just an accessiore

As she got her cut she had to wear it and during that time people told her she looked cool with that. Since then she let it stay.
