It... depends, really. With Canon/OC stories you need to be HUGELY careful you don't turn your characters into Mary-Sues or Gary-Stus. If you want to post it then go ahead; I'll encourage it and read it! If you'd like, I can also give you some pointers and suggestions once it's up

The chibis are really cute, I swear! I could just hug them all!
I'm not sure how much you look for critique or advice or anything but I just wanted to offer something simple, just purely for the intention of helping another artist:
If you had draw three GIRLS exactly like this, it would have been perfect. The way you do the chibi bodies, all curvy and flowy and cute, is perfect for girls. For guys, it looks . . . odd. I had to do a double-take and make sure that I was looking at men. Especially in the hip area, men don't usually get wider in the hips like that. Those curves are for women alone. And the highlighting in the chest area almost gives the impression of having cleavage.
Sorry if you didn't want any advice, I just thought I would offer it! But I do adore how precious they are, honestly <3 I wish I could draw chibis that cute!

I know, I knowwwww; I've always drawn my guys with curvy shapes, it's just how my style works. I've tried straighter, edgier things for my guys, but they've all come out looking wrong somehow and I never like them. I just stick to what I know, which is apparently boys and curves. *snorts*
I always draw the hips as wide as the shoulders, that's the average body-schematic for both men and women. It's just a matter of making the women more feminine-shaped. And the shirts are only meant to be tight; a chibi's body-size doesn't allow much room for the chest, and those Starfleet shirts are kinda snug....
Besides that, I don't do chibis very well. Or, at all, actually. I much prefer my characters full-size and in proper proportion than super-deformed. I'm still working out a lot of kinks with practice. And by "practice" I mean sitting there and glaring at a drawing until it works itself out. xD
I personally don't really care much about my chibis, as long as they're recognizable as the characters they're supposed to be, but I thank you whole-heartedly for the pointers and stopping by to take the time to tell me! It's your kind of comments that I can use a lot more of, since a lot of the stuff I've grown into and learned I discovered and taught myself. DeviantART only helps so much when all you get are comments like 'cool' or 'nice job'. Which are nice, but not totally helpful, y'know?
I'm working more on my full-bodied people, the right proportions and size, and trying to get myself out of a habit of drawing more curves than are necessary. Somehow, I doubt Marvel muscle-men are in my future any time soon, but who knows. Maybe my boys will actually get a bit of dignity at some point.
