plain old jane told a story about a man who was too afraid to fly so he never did landmy door is always open.
Wanted to do something like this for awhile.... not too happy with how it turned out but it's something.

I really love the subtle colors in this piece. They give it such a lovely mood. I'm torn between wishing that the figure was a little more detailed, and liking the more symbolic look. The way you've done the outline is wonderful, though.

I adore this song <3 And was actualy considering doing a piece to it myself, haha.
And this picture is really has nice emotion in it. The lighting and simplicity of the silhouettes in the forground are just..idk, very pleasing to look it XD

This song has always been, and will always be one of my favorites. It has a lot of meaning to me. It's a great song for inspiration, you should do a piece!
And of course I wanted this to be a lot more detailed than it was, but truthfully I wasn't sure how to go about it. I think the anatomy of the person is what annoys me most (I have such a hard time with that kind of pose)and just the fact that my creative...ness ran dry.

I had heard it a long time ago and thought it was nice, but until I recently got into Train, I had completely forgotten about it! XP But then I heard it again and was like "ahhhh I missed this song ;3;" haha. I think eventually I will..it does seem like a very art-inspiring song :3
Sometimes less-detailed things can be even more powerful than super-detailed ones. And honestly, I think this piece works really well the way it is :3 And you can always let it sit for a while, and then when you feel more creative/artsy/whatever, you can try to go in and add more details. And I think anatomy is fine! The pose looks really good to me
