It's kind of a joke. some card creators usually name the murloc after some other character such as Bolvard Fordragon >>Bolvile Mrgon (Mrgggg is their language), Edwin Vancleff >> Edfin Vanreef (There is a plant named Edwin Vanleaf as well), Deathwings >> Deathfin.
This one is name after Captain Greenskin just FYI.
