These 4 are all Muv Luv characters, though 1 of them is also a cameo:
Alpha: The one in green with orange eyes. She is an anthropomorphic BETA (Destroyer class) who appears in Chronicles Vol. 1 in a parody which also features Total Eclipse characters called "Joushin Eishi Cryska".
Orel (Oryouru) (Oryol?): The one in red with green eyes. She is also an anthropomorphic BETA (Tank class) who appears in Chronicles Vol. 2 under the same parody. Since they never actually say her name, I'm just guessing it's pronounced "Orel", which means "eagle" in Russian. More likely, she's probably named after "Oryol", which was a Russian battleship (and Russian city which the battleship was named after). That'd be my guess, since Total Eclipse mostly deals with what the Soviet Union is up to. "Oryol" also means "eagle".
Dorosuto (Drozd?): The one in red with yellow eyes. She's also an anthropomorphic Tank class. I suppose her being a Tank class might mean her name is a pun. I think she might be named after the Soviet tank attachment called Drozd, named after the bird. That's the only thing I can think of.
Seijyurou Makabe: The boy. He's a parody of Lelouch from Code Geass. (This is probably thanks to the fact that Bandai is making the toys for MuvLuv, and Bandai owns Sunrise studio which made Code Geass - it could also have nothing to do with a company agreement, as it's not the first time Age has simply parodied another company's character, for example Andromeda Shun as Ibuki Jun.) Seijyurou's from Chronicles Vol. 2 in the short story "Alternative Chronicles Adoration."

Seijyurou has the most innocent mind EVER. His story is hilarious because of this. He goes to Britain to learn to be a better pilot, I guess, and ends up staying with the German main characters from "The Euro Front", another side story to Muv Luv. It's rather hard to explain, but three of the main girls from The Euro Front grow really attached to how little and cute he is (apparently he's really young or just really short). Thanks to this, he has mental breakdowns every time they hug him or even get really close to him, lol. There are plenty of epic jokes, but I'm not going to get into them. Play the game yourself. Seriously, do that. It's great.

Lulu is now, thanks to this mini-story, one of my favourite characters in the series.

The reason Alpha, Oryol, and Drozd (I'm assuming those are their names) are clinging to him here is because they figured out how much of a weak constitution he has and are just playing with his mind, hah.

The background is from Alternative Chronicles Adoration, but I've tried to add snow to it. The original version was just grass and didn't have as many clouds. I tried my best, but I just cant get it the way I want it. Oh well. There's your crappy snow effect, lol.
