It's because its more of a sequence than a story. It mainly revolves around Luna and how she makes the night sky full of life.
As seen in panel 2, the sky is blank. Whilst at the end, she blew "life" unto her night sky.

It's suppose to tell how Luna makes the night sky alive. The title "Ethereal Wind" just caught my attention when the commissioner explains the idea to me.

To be honest, I can't enjoy the day as much like I do at night. In Florida daytime is a bitch, but night time here when I'm away from city lights or out camping, you can enjoy the beauty of the night sky. The next thing I would love to see is being out in Alaska or somewhere up north to witness the Northern Lights at night. Now that would be a sight for me to behold.
