Psd file.File works with GIMP and Photoshop. I do not know if it will work for Sai as I do not know if Sai can support psd files. If you have any problems with the base please let me know so we can work it out

Not currently its a photoshop file so it works only with Photoshop, Gimp, Krita, or Sai

yeah in ms paint I think it turns black, that's why I didn't list it as ms paint compatible. I'll send you a link to a MS version through my stash.
