I think the reason why I personally like the idea of Chara (and Frisk) being biologically females.
is because I like the idea of Asriel being THE prince and only prince of the Underground and Toriel and Algore's only son, not just biological, well that's just me.

Well, Chara is female in canon. Flowey calls Chara a girl in the genocide route when you are encountering him through New home during the 'fight sequences'.

Actually Chara is agender like Frisk. At least on geno run when they're possessing them. But the first fallen child, Chara, we're not sure of their gender. Most of us call them a "they" because Asriel calls them that. I just image them a girl because they look feminin to me and "Chara", TO ME, sounds female. But I have a friend of mine who sees Chara as a male and I totally respect that.

Yeah, I misread on watching a genocide run. The person named the fallen kid, Chara, so when Flowey was talking about finding her (Toriel) in the ruins, followed by Chara. I thought they were talking about Chara themselves and flowey was simply talking about Chara in such a negative light because Flowey had no emotions ect. But as I discovered, the HER was Toriel, not Chara, so it was a mistake on my part. But I agree with you and respect the opposite POV as well. Nobody knows, and perhaps it's for the best.

Chara dose not have a gender. There is no point of arguing about this becuase there is no answer. This was done becuase chara is a state of mind that you should get while playing the game. And both genders can play the game. This was also done to make chara closer to frisk who does not have a gender so you can relate to frisk more and put your body in the character. SO STOP ARGUING ABOUT A QUESTOIN THAT HAS NO ANSWER.

dude, it's not an arguement. it's merely an opinion. anyways, you kinda made your point void. i play the game, and if we are to project ourselves onto the CHARActers, then we'd project gender on them as well. i think the one at fault here would be you, due to not even reading into the fact there was no fighting spirit, just a simple statement
