SO. I finally re-installed photoshop on my computer and hooked up my tablet. So that means I'll be drawing more.When I don't know what to draw, I think Hitoshi is a good character to go with.
I was at a loss as to what to do with the background. I'd be more than happy to hear opinions on what to do.

This kinda reminds me of a time that my niece had a Dora doll that some weird people give her. Well, she said that she saw a monster come out of the doll and we had to throw it away. At the time she was three years old.
