The nectarine tree started blooming again! We picked over 400 nectarines from it last year and we used them to make freezer jam.

Freezer jam is basically a jam/fruit spread that you store in the freezer rather than in the pantry. You mash the fruit, add pectin to thicken and sugar then put it in the freezer to keep. It's fairly easy to make.
