this is Rika Hanyu Swim Time inspired by the Higarashi no naku koro Ni Rei ova episode 1 which took place at the public pool and involved keiichi maebara and cursed magical swim trunks .of course i realize Hanyu didn't wear a school swim suit in the episode but i thought how cute it would be to have her embarrassed at how revealing it is i can just hear here embarassed HAUu~ HAuu~ i also realise Rika didnt' have kitty ears but hey imma catgirl artist whatcha gonna do about it...

Artist Side Comments : i drew the line art for this in the fall of 2010 and never got around to coloring it for various reasons. i colored Rika WAY before i colored Hanyu and the background came many many months later. to sum it up it was one of those art pieces i was kicking my self for never completing but here they are in there full color glory a year and some months after i intended them to be here but hey better late then never right?

This piece i would estimate to have taken some where around 19-20 hours over a year and a half long period of procrastinations used textured and overlays and luminosity and multiply layers.i used 75 layers in total.

Tools Used : Easy Paint Tool SAI,Wacom BambooMTE-450 tablet and lots of anti procrastination spray
