... Can you tell I'm having fun now that I've found a way to make backgrounds for my art transparent? xD

Anyway. Dis picture. >: | It took four days off and on. The sketch was the longest part- I referenced this real pretty picture of a white tiger. [link] <- The pose looking pretty regal to me and I kinda liked it. It was intended for anatomy practice, but when I finished the tiger ended up looking kinda smug. |D So I turned it into my sadistic character, Jiro .

The thing is, I sketched with a pretty fat-sized marker on SAI. And I knew that the picture would be kind of ruined if I switched over to my usual .7-1.0 sized pens. |D So I kept the lines fat and went with something a little more stylized. The shading was originally supposed to be pitch-black, but.. that didn't work out. So I turned turned down the opacity and multiplied the layer- it turned out pretty cool. So I sort of did a tribute to how I used to shade on MSPaint by adding two more lighter shades. :>

Ignore the lazy wood he's laying on. xD

But yeah. xD Title came to me randomly. Jiro's pretty smug about having an animal form that's predatory and cool looking, so I can hear him say smug stuff like that. xD He has quite the ego.

Aside from the few mistakes here and there, I'm rather proud of this. =w= ... Excuse me while I go sink around in artists block for the next while. xD; It usually happens after I draw something really good, siiiigh... |D
